ESDINET SCP (hereinafter the "Provider") with Tax ID J25715848 is the owner of the website www.etempus.com (hereinafter, "the portal or website"), and complies with the guidelines of the current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. The User is solely responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the data they submit to the Provider, exempting the Provider from any liability in this respect.

The Provider informs that the data that the User voluntarily provides will be incorporated into its information systems for the following purposes:

• In the case of contracting or purchasing the goods and/or services offered through the Website, to maintain the contractual relationship, as well as the management, administration, information, provision and improvement of the service offered.
• In the case of requesting information through the website forms, to send information about the query made.

The data provided by the User will be kept as long as there is mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing and during the period for which legal responsibilities may arise from the services provided. When it is no longer necessary for that purpose, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymisation of the data or its total destruction.
